Elutia Inc. announced that it has received $10.5 million in funding from HighCape Partners Management, L.P., Nantahala Capital Management, LLC

On October 3, 2023, Elutia Inc.  closed the transaction. The transaction included participation from 12 investors. As a part of the transaction, the company paid $598,500 as placement agent fee in the transaction.
