The Board of Eastern Commercial Leasing PCL ( the Company) at its 3/ 2 5 6 5 meeting on

11 August 2022 approved important resolutions summarized below:

1. Approval an interim dividend declared for the operating results of the 6 months (January to June 30, 2022 to shareholders of 1,108,859,002 shares eligible for dividend at the rate of Bath 0.05 per shares, amounting to dividend declared of Bath 55,442,950.10 a dividend rate of 59% of net profit after corporate income tax and Legal reserve.
2. Approval for scheduled name list date eligible for dividend declared (Record Date) on 26 August 2022, and dividend payable on 9 September 2022.
