Douglas Emmett, Inc. Announces Christopher H. Anderson Will Not Stand for Re-Election as A Director

On April 13, 2021, Christopher H. Anderson notified Douglas Emmett, Inc. that he would not stand for re-election as a director. The term of Mr. Anderson will end at the conclusion of the annual meeting of shareholders currently scheduled to be held on May 27, 2021 (the “Annual Meeting”). The decision of Mr. Anderson was not the result of any disagreement with the Company’s management or its board of directors (the “Board”). The Company currently anticipates reducing the size of its Board to 10 directors effective upon the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.
