Suqian Jingdong Zhuofeng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. made an offer to acquire 26.98% stake in DEPPON LOGISTICS Co.,LTD. (SHSE:603056) for CNY 3.6 billion on July 29, 2022. As per the transaction, Suqian Jingdong Zhuofeng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. will acquire 277,109,539 shares at CNY 13.15 per share. The transaction is expected to close on August 31, 2022. As of July 21, 2022, Jingdong Logistics Supply Chain Co., Ltd. shareholders approved the acquisition.

DEPPON LOGISTICS Co., LTD. is a China-based company which mainly provides highway express and express services. The company is mainly engaged in highway express business, express delivery business and other businesses. The Highway Express business mainly provides three types of highway traffic standardization products, such as accurate card navigation (long-time with high efficiency), accurate urban transportation (short-duration with high efficiency) and accurate automobile transportation (general timelessness). The Express Delivery business mainly includes door-to-door delivery, collection of payment, safe packaging, receipt, and comprehensive information services. The Other business mainly provides warehousing and supply chain business, air cargo agency business and other logistics related businesses.
