Marvell has announced that Jazztel will install Comtrend's Marvell-powered PowerGrid-9070 G.hn adapters to accelerate the deployment of its FTTH network throughout Spain. Comtrend's latest range of adapters integrate Marvell's 88LX3142 G.hn digital baseband processor and 88LX2718 G.hn analogue front end. Jazztel said the deployment would help it bridge the connection between the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and the home gateway in its users' homes.
