COL Financial Group, Inc. announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 28 April 2023, the Board approved the declaration and payment of special cash dividend from the unappropriated retained earnings of the Company as of 31 December 2022. Amount of Cash is Php 0.0306 Dividend Per Share. Record Date is May 16, 2023.
