CHINA SHENHUA ENERGY COMPANY LIMITED On June 24, China Shenhua Energy Company Limited held the 2021 Annual General Meeting of shareholders, the 2022 First A Shareholders Class Meeting and the 2022 First H Shareholders Class Meeting in Beijing. Wang Xiangxi, Chairman of China Shenhua, presided over the meetings. The Company's Directors, Supervisors, senior management, shareholder representatives, witness lawyers and guests attended the meetings.
Wang Xiangxi communicated with shareholder representatives on the domestic and international economic environment, energy industry prospects, company development strategies, etc., and listened to the opinions and suggestions from shareholder representatives on continuous improvement and enhancement of operation, accelerating transformation and upgrading of the Company, and improving long-term returns.
At this Annual General Meeting, resolutions on the 2021 profit distribution plan, the revision of the annual caps of related party transactions, and the general mandate to repurchase H shares were reviewed. All of the resolutions were passed with high approval rate.
