Chin Hin Group Berhad (KLSE:CHINHIN) made an offer to acquire 66.96% in Signature International Berhad (KLSE:SIGN) for MYR360 million on February 5, 2024. It is the intention of the Company to fund the Proposed Offer of MYR262.55 million via bank borrowings. AmInvestment Bank Berhad acted as financial advisor to Chin Hin Group Berhad (KLSE:CHINHIN).

Mercury Securities Group Berhad (KLSE:MERSEC) acted as financial advisor to Signature and Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd acted as registrar to Signature.
