Cegedim, a technology and services company specializing in the healthcare field, today announces the appointment of Valérie Raoul-Desprez (Group Finance Director - Senior Vice President, Finance, Dassault Systèmes Group) to its Board of Directors according to the wishes of the FSI (Fonds Stratégique d'Investissement). She replaces Jacques-Henri David.

On behalf of the Board, Chairman Jean-Claude Labrune would like to thank Jacques-Henri David for sharing his experience and skills with Cegedim and for the outstanding quality of the work he accomplished during his term. He wishes Mr. David every success in his future capacity as financial advisor.

Cegedim's Board of Directors is pleased to welcome Valérie Raoul-Desprez as the FSI's representative, to carry out the term previously served by Jacques-Henri David.

A graduate of ESCP, Valérie Raoul-Desprez has 25 years of financial experience in the international arena and is well versed in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Software sectors.

Following an impressive career with the Rhône Poulenc and Rhodia groups, in September 2007 she became the Finance Director of the Dassault Systèmes Group.
