CBRE Investment Management has appointed Stefan C. Ott as Chief Digital & Technology Officer. In this newly created role, Ott will develop and execute the business's technology road map to expedite the delivery of market-leading, data-driven technology solutions across the full real assets spectrum.

Ott has an exceptional track record in digital transformation. He was previously with Guardian Life, where he served in several leadership positions with responsibility for driving innovation and unlocking operating efficiencies. Prior to that, Ott was Chief Information Officer for UBS Global Asset Management for Switzerland, France and Germany leading a transformation initiative and re-platforming effort together with end-to-end responsibility for Technology Operations and Infrastructure Operations.

Ott earned a Master's in Management Information Systems and a Master's in Business Administration degree in Switzerland. He also has earned a certification in "Machine Learning: From Data to Decisions" from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
