Carrefour is deploying three innovative technological solutions based in particular on ChatGPT technology: Hopla, a shopping advice robot on its website, descriptive sheets for Carrefour-branded products on its website, and support for purchasing procedures.

These solutions, the fruit of a collaboration with Bain & Company and Microsoft, are based on OpenAI technologies, in particular GPT-4.
