Caregen Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A214370) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 200,000 shares for KRW 12,980 million. The purpose of the share repurchase program is to stabilize the share price and to enhance shareholder value. The program will expire on April 7, 2019. As of January 6, 2019, the company had 587,730 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
