Caregen Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A214370) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 257,730 shares, for a total of KRW 24,999.81 million. The company will repurchase its shares directly through the Stock Exchange. The purpose of the repurchase program is to stabilize and enhance shareholder's value of share price. The maximum number of shares that the company may repurchase on any day is 25,773 shares. The share repurchase program is valid until January 13, 2017. As of October 12, 2016, the company had no shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
