An unknown buyer agreed to acquire an unknown minority stake in Caregen Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A214370) from Winnova Co.,Ltd for KRW 4.1 billion on January 15, 2016. Winnova will sell 0.03 million shares of Caregen Co Ltd. The transaction is expected to be settled on January 15, 2016.
