Stangeland Gruppen AS and Bms Group A/S agreed to acquire Havator Oy from CapMan Buyout IX, L.P. managed by CapMan Oyj (HLSE:CAPMAN) on April 24, 2024. Havator generated turnover of approximately ?100 million. The closing of the transaction is expected during the spring 2024.
The completion of the deal is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Jyrki Tähtinen and Ilkka Aalto-Setälä of Borenius acted as legal advisor to CapMan Buyout.
