The principal activities of the Trust are those relating to an investment in a diversified portfolio of income-producing properties located primarily in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau and used primarily for retail, office and industrial purposes (including business parks, logistics facilities, data centers and integrated developments). Its retail malls include CapitaMall Xizhimen, Rock Square, CapitaMall Wangjing, CapitaMall Grand Canyon, CapitaMall Xuefu, CapitaMall Xinnan, CapitaMall Nuohemule, CapitaMall Yuhuating, CapitaMall Aidemengdun and CapitaMall Qibao. Its investment manager is CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited.
