Calin Technology Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2018. For the full year, the company announced sales was TWD 1,690.826 million compared to TWD 1,497.312 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 11.722 million compared to TWD 13.473 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 50.414 million compared to TWD 10.963 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.44 compared to TWD 0.1 a year ago.
CALIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and distribution of optical components. The Company primarily provides glass molding lenses, which are applied in the manufacture of light emitting diode (LED) products, mobile phones, digital cameras and liquid crystal projectors; plastic products, which include spherical and aspherical lenses, cases and other plastic parts; glass lenses, which are applied in mobile phones, scanners, medical equipment and others; precision optical coating films, which include coatings for plastic lenses, glass lenses and other specialty products; lens assembly, which include lenses of mobile phones, cameras, video cameras and monitors, as well as plastic prisms, which are applied in fingerprint identifiers.
