Information on the time of service to date of the proposed auditing firm and the signatory auditors

KPMG audited the annual financial statements of Brockhaus Technologies AG and the consolidated financial statements of the Brockhaus Technologies Group as well as the combined management report on the annual and consolidated financial statements for the 2023 financial year and issued an unqualified audit opinion on March 26, 2024. The auditors' reports were jointly signed by the auditors Markus Fox and Jonathan Weber. Mr. Fox was identified as the auditor responsible for the audit.

KPMG was first appointed as auditor in 2017. Mr. Fox signed the audit opinions of Brockhaus Technologies AG for the first time for the annual and consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2019, Mr. Weber for the first time for the financial year 2023.
