Prowly.com Sp. z o.o. agreed to acquire 57.58% stake in Brand 24 S.A. (WSE:B24), Larq Fund, Unfold.vc and Michal Sadowski and Piotr Wierzejewski for PLN 55 million on April 30, 2024. The total value of the transaction, including earn-out, is approximately PLN 55 million.
