Nomination of candidate for Member of the BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Supervisory Board

In relation to the current report no. 21/2020 dated 3 June 2020 on convening the Ordinary General Meeting of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. for 29 June 2020, the Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that it received a notification nominating Mrs LucynaStańczak-Wuczyńska as a candidate for Member of the Bank's Supervisory Board, in connection withan item in the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. concerning changes in the composition of the Bank's Supervisory Board.

At the same time the Bank would like to inform thatMrs Lucyna Stańczak-Wuczyńskagave her consent to stand for election to the Supervisory Board of the Bank.

Hereby, the Bank discloses information on the expertise and professional experience of the candidate.

Mrs Lucyna Stańczak-Wuczyńska

Lucyna Stańczak-Wuczyńskaobtained the Master of Economics degree from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Statistics faculty) and is a graduate from the Advanced European Studies in the College of Europe in Brugge, Belgium.

Lucyna Stańczak-Wuczyńskais being associated with the banking sector since the beginning of her professional career, of nearly thirty years. In 1992-1996 she worked for IBP Bank S.A. in corporate banking, next, in the period of 1996-1997 in Credit Lyonnais Bank Polska in corporate finance area. In 2007 she was appointed Vice President in Structured Finance in ABN Amro Bank Polska.

Since 2000Lucyna Stańczak-Wuczyńskaworks in the European Bank for Reconstruction andDevelopment ("EBRD"), first as a Senior Banker responsible for investment in energy andinfrastructure, and next, from 2008 as EBRD Country Director for Poland. In 2014 she moved to London and has been appointed as Regional Director, EU-Banks Financial Institutions, covering CEE and SEE and the portfolio of nearly EUR 4 billion in debt and equity.

In her professional career,Lucyna Stańczak-Wuczyńskahas been holding various roles in the corporate governance space. She was a non-executive director (or observer) in numerous supervisory boards, including membership in audit and risk committees, in companies Polkomtel Sp. z o.o., Alior Bank S.A., Polskie Inwestycje Rozwojowe, currently she is a non-executive board director in Erste Bank Hungary and the Advisory Board Member in the private equity fund Concordia 21.

In 2015 Lucyna Stanczak-Wuczyńska has been awarded a price of One of top ten Poland's Women in Finance, by the Institute of Innovative Economy in Warsaw and the Polish Banking Association.

Lucyna Stańczak-Wuczyńska meets the requirements of Art. 22aaof the Banking Law Act dated 29 August 1997 (as amended).

§19 section 1 point 2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law of non-EU member states (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
