On May 27, 2021, Mr. L. Allen Baker, Jr., announced his retirement from the Board of Directors effective at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on August 4, 2021. BGSF, Inc. announced that Mr. Baker has been named to the role of Chairman Emeritus, effective August 5, 2021. The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors has begun a search to fill the vacant role. Mr. Baker's retirement is not the result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies, or practices.
