Microsoft Viva - For your employees.

by Saskia Kools

The past two years have taken a lot out of us. The new normal has now become our routine way of living. Meeting colleagues? Mostly only online through chat and video calls. Even hiring and goal-setting interviews between employees and managers take place remotely. How can we address these challenges?

A good product alone is not enough to make a successful company. The foundations-and an essential driver of success-are the people who give their all every day to advance the company. Satisfaction, motivation, health, and balance-not just physically, but also mentally-are all factors that should be central to every company.

How can we ensure people's well-being is put first in this new hybrid working world? This is where Microsoft Viva comes in. The new employee experience platform puts employees first. Microsoft Viva focusses on four key elements that empower employees to do their best every day:

  • Viva Connections is a tool for modern corporate communications that shows you personalised information that you both need and are interested in.
  • Viva Insights addresses your personal well-being in the workplace. It gives you insights into your normal way of working and encourages positive and productive working conditions.
  • The aim of Viva Topics is to simply and proactively make company knowledge and valuable employee expertise accessible.
  • Viva Learning creates a modern learning culture in which learning is a normal part of your daily routine.

For all questions and further information about the modern intranet, my colleague and Viva expert, Dominik Kovacic-Voß (Principal Consultant Modern Intranet), and myself are here for you. Get in touch!
