Partnership with IRB Brasil RE in the Insurance and Reinsurance Market
B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ("Company" or "B3") informs that established a partnership with IRB Brasil RE for the development of a platform to connect brokers, insurance, and reinsurance companies in a single network, which will create conditions to enable the conciliation, negotiation, and settlement of insurance operations in safe, quick and transparent manners.
This partnership is in line with B3's diversification strategy and it aims to expand and strengthen B3's solutions for the insurance and reinsurance market, combining more than 80 years of experience from IRB Brasil RE with the expertise of B3 in conciliating and settlement as a financial market infrastructure.
This project may be subject to regulatory approval, depending on its final scope
