Axon Enterprise, Inc. (NasdaqGS : AXON) agreed to acquire Dedrone on May 06, 2024. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the second half of 2024. Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP acted as legal advisor to Axon.
