Andy & Partners Pte. Ltd. agreed to acquire 34% stake in AUN Consulting, Inc. (TSE:2459) from Akira Shida for approximately ¥650 million on April 11, 2016. Andy & Partners will acquire 2.55 million shares at the price of ¥253 per share.
After the transaction, Akira Shida will hold 2.12 million shares amounting to 28.3% stake and Andy & Partners Pte. Ltd will hold 2.55 million shares amounting to 34% stake. The transaction is expected to be completed on April 14, 2016.
