The principal activities of the Company include acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of exploration projects. The Edleston Project in Ontario, Canada, is approximately 60 kilometers to the south of the town of Timmins and 80 kilometers to the West of the town of Kirkland Lake. Its subsidiaries include NiCo Minerals Pty Ltd, CE Metals s.r.o, EUC Finland Pty Ltd, and EUC Sweden Pty Ltd.
