The Management of "AS COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL COMPANY OF COMPUTERS AND TOYS S.A." with the distinctive title "AS Company SA" with General Commercial Registry No. 057546304000, after publications in the press, and in order to avoid possible misunderstandings, announces to the investing public the following in detail:
During the General Assembly of the Company's shareholders, which took place on 23.6.2023, in a discussion that followed the topics of the agenda, the President & CEO Mr. Efstratios Andreadis stated, among other things, that the product sell out performance in its customer`s stores showed a two-digit increase. Therefore, for clarification purposes the above does not refer to the increase in sales turnover of the Company to its customers.
