Business description: Ares Management Corporation

- loan strategy management: credit investments, primary and secondary solutions for credit assets to investors, financing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises;
- investment fund management: notably equities, bonds, and structured products;
- real estate asset management;
- secondary market private equity investments.
At the end of 2025, the group had more than USD 622.5 billion in assets under management on behalf of more than 2,850 institutional clients (sovereign wealth funds, pension plan managers, organizations, financial institutions, insurance companies, etc.).
