According to the issue and offer of the ordinary shares for the capital increase by initial public offering (IPO) from AppliCAD Public Limited Company (the Company) during 15, 18 - 19 November 2019 as the total of 80,000,000 shares at the offering price of 2.46 baht per share, therefore, the total amount of such capital increase is 196.80 million baht but after deducting the related expenditure of the offering proceeds, the remaining amount is 184.01 million baht. As of 3 0 June 2022, the Company has spent such capital from IPO as the amount of 179.73 million baht and the remaining amount of such capital from IPO is 4.28 million baht.

The Company would like to report the utilization of the capital increase during the period of 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022 as follows;
