Apollo Global Management, LLC (NYSE:APO) along with Apollo Investment Fund VIII, L.P. signed a definitive agreement to acquire RegionalCare Hospital Partners, Inc. from Warburg Pincus Private Equity X, L.P.of Warburg Pincus LLC and others on November 12, 2015. The transaction is conditioned on customary regulatory reviews and approvals. As of November 30, 2015, early termination notice has been granted by FTC. Deal is expected to close by the end of 2015.
