Aizawa Securities Co., Ltd. (TSE:8708) agreed to acquire additional 80.5% stake in Japan Securities Incorporated from Viglacera Investment and Import Export JSC, Tanamark Investment Ltd, Japan Asia Group Limited (TSE:3751), and others on January 9, 2018. Upon completion, Japan Securities Incorporated will become subsidiary of Aizawa Securities Co., Ltd. The transaction is subject to approval from State Securities Commission of Vietnam. The agreement is expected to be concluded on January 10, 2018 and the transaction is expected to close after February 2018.
