AGL Energy Limited (AGL) has received the attached notification of proposed industrial action from the Victorian branch of the Electrical Trades Union (ETU), pursuant to section 414 of the Fair Work Act 2009.

The notice relates to various proposed actions on 25 December 2016 from 7am for one hour at the AGL Loy Yang mine in Victoria.

AGL will advise the market of any further developments, consistent with its continuous disclosure obligations.
