AFKEM AG is a Germany-based company engaged in the provision of consultancy and other services. The Company's services include accountancy, software for financial controlling, planning, reporting and consolidation (financial controlling software), service and advice on distribution and logistics (distribution and logistics), as well as services in connection with Regulation for the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). The accountancy services include recording current business transactions, payroll accounting and handling payments, among others. The financial controlling software, LucaNet, is the Company's software for financial controlling. The distribution and logistics services offer services for marketing of goods within Germany. The REACH services include REACH registration, conducting REACH seminars and producing safety data sheets and labels that comply with REACH, among others. It also operates an investment portfolio.
