The Supervisory Board of ABN AMRO Bank NV has appointed Ferdinand Vaandrager as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Board (ExBo) of ABN AMRO as of the close of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 16 November 2023. ABN AMRO's Supervisory Board has also appointed Ton van Nimwegen as Chief Operations Officer (COO) and member of the ABN AMRO Executive Board with effect from 1 December 2023.

Ferdinand Vaandrager has been appointed for a period of three years, ending at the close of the General Meeting of Shareholders in 2027. The appointment of Ton van Nimwegen is for a period of four years, ending at the close of the General Meeting of Shareholders in 2028.

announced
on 5 September 2023. The appointment of Ton van Nimwegen was
announced
on 21 September 2023. Both appointments were subject to regulatory approval and introduction to the holders of shares and depositary receipts. Both conditions have now been met.
