How was your Volvo Ocean Race Experience as a guest?
 I saw so many Volvo colleagues working with passion: preparing the guest tours, setting up the pavilion, the way they approached the customer… everyone was engaged in the cause and putting our values into action, and that was very inspiring and rewarding.

Why is Volvo Group engaged with the Volvo Ocean Race?
 Volvo understands the need to connect with people and to make a difference in their lives. It's not only about making the best products using premium components. We are in the people business and the Volvo Ocean Race is a great platform to show that.

What attitude has helped you in your work?
 I come from Brazil and during my career in Volvo Group I've lived in Argentina, the United States and now I live in Sweden. So it is very important to be able to adapt to new situations and to be open to learning. Embrace change!

What animal is Volvo for you?
 The eagle - it flies high and has excellent eyesight. Eagles see things from a different perspective. They are brave and know how to hunt. And they are beautiful - like Volvo products!
