Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (XTRA:DBAN) (DBAG), is said to be preparing the sale of its 37.5% stake in fibre-optic company DNS:NET Internet Service GmbH with final bids expected by the middle of March 2021, Reuters said on February 17, 2021, citing sources in the know. Alexander Lucke, who founded DNS in 1998 in Berlin, is offering also shares of his 62.5% interest in the company for sale. Infrastructure investors Antin Infrastructure Partners, InfraVia Capital Partners and 3i Infrastructure plc (LSE:3IN) have reportedly been selected to continue to the next round of the bidding, according to the report.
