ichard Xu is based in Shanghai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2020 as the Compliance Director for China and Southeast Asia.
He is also the Chief Compliance Officer of the RMB Fund Manager.
Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Richard was a Vice President, Board Secretary and Assistant General Counsel at JP Morgan Chase Bank, and a Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel at Royal Bank of Scotland in Shanghai.
