Mr. Mackey is Founder and Managing Principal of Durham Asset Management L.L.C.
From March 1991 until September 1992, he was director of Distressed Securities Investments at Whitehead/Sterling.
Prior to 1991 Mr. Mackey was the Senior Portfolio Manager for Distressed Securities for three years at Halcyon Investments/Alan B. Slifka & Co. Mr. Mackey was a vice president in the High Yield Group at Paine Webber from 1987 to 1988.
He began his career in distressed securities as a research analyst at R.D.
Smith & Co. in July 1985.

in Economics from Hofstra University.
