Prior to co-founding Clayton Associates, Mr. Cook founded NASCO Inc., a large product manufacturing company where he served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Cook was directly responsible for directing the senior management of NASCO and its subsidiaries which included the manufacturing of products as diverse as household items, sports outerwear, and generic drugs.
Prior to NASCO, Mr. Cook served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Olympic Manufacturing.
Mr. Cook earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from The University of Tennessee-Martin Branch.
