In 1996, he became Senior Manager in the Leveraged Finance department, arranging senior and mezzanine financing for LBOs of all sizes.
In October 2000, Marc Benchimol joined Crédit Lyonnais Private Equity (now Crédit Agricole Private Equity) as Senior Partner for the LBO fund and worked in private equity for two years.
Among other positions, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board for the Marc Orian group.
