The company owns 33 rental properties and Next Level Shopping Center, Sarajevo Building, Frankfurt Office Building, Maslak buildings and Beyoglu building are some of the important buildings in its portfolio. The important projects of Ziraat Gayrimenkul are the Istanbul International Finance Center; It consists of 2 towers with 40 and 46 floors and has a total area of 431,041 square meters and the other project is the Kadkoy Osmanaga Office project.
