1. CHANGE OF DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

   
   

   Reference is made to the circular (the "AGM Circular"), the notice of annual general meeting (the "AGM Notice") and the form of proxy (the "Proxy Form") all dated on 29 March 2016 of Vinco Financial Group Limited (the "Company") in relation to, among other things, the date of the forthcoming annual general meeting (the "AGM"). Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the AGM Circular.

   
   

   The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company hereby announces that the AGM originally scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 27 April 2016 at 2:15 p.m. will be changed to be held on Tuesday, 3 May 2016 at 3:00 p.m..

   
   

   Save for the change to the date of the AGM and the corresponding changes specified below, all information and contents as set out in the AGM Circular, the AGM Notice and the Proxy Form remain unchanged and are still valid for the purpose of the AGM.

   
   

2. CHANGE OF BOOK CLOSURE PERIOD

Reference is made to the notice of closure of register of members (the "Closure of register of members") dated on 29 March 2016 of the Company in relation to, among other things, the date of the book closure period. Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Closure of register of members.

The Board of the Company announces that for the purposes of determining the identity of members who are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM, the period during which the register of members of the Company will be closed has been changed from the period from Monday, 25 April 2016 to Wednesday, 27 April 2016 (both days inclusive) to the period from Thursday, 28 April 2016 to Tuesday, 3 May 2016 (both days inclusive).

In order to be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM, all duly completed and signed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share must be lodged with the Company's Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, Level 22, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong for registration by not later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 27 April 2016.
