Certain A Shares of Zhengzhou J&T Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 3-JUL-2023. These A Shares will be under lockup for 1098 days starting from 30-JUN-2020 to 3-JUL-2023.
Details:
The Company's controlling shareholder and actual controllers, Zheng Leguan and Zhang Anquan committed that within 36 months since the date of listing of the present shares, there will not be no transfers nor entrustment of shares to any third party nor repurchase by the Company.
Gao Zhisheng, Du Yanqi, Bai Xiaoliang and Beijing Jiajing Co., Ltd, shareholders of the Company Directors, supervisors and senior management personnel who indirectly hold shares of the Company Wang Zhengwei, Niu Hongxun, Wang Peng, Sun Ying, Zhu Yunlan, Ge Yaoxu, Cui Zhibin and All other shareholders committed that within 12 months since the date of listing of the present shares, there will not be no transfers nor entrustment of shares to any third party nor repurchase by the Company.
