Second Motion for Exclusivity Period Extension Approved For Zenergy Brands, Inc.

The US Bankruptcy Court granted an order for the extension of the exclusivity periods for Zenergy Brands, Inc. on May 7, 2020. As per the order, the debtor’s exclusivity period to file its plan and to solicit votes on its plan, have been extended by 90 days i.e. up to July 20, 2020 and September 17, 2020, respectively.
