The Company operates through six segments: Construction, Hotel operations, Cement and building materials industry, Management services and others, Property investment and development, and Utilities. The Construction segment is involved in the construction of infrastructure including railway lines, highways, and power plants, as well as commercial and residential properties. The Hotel operations segment provides the service of room rentals to tenants within the hotel and rental of spaces for functions and banquets. It is engaged in the sale of goods and services such as food and beverages, telecommunication, laundry, the Internet, and other services. Its residential property development activities are undertaken through its subsidiary, YTL Land & Development Berhad. The Utilities segment comprises power generation, water and sewerage and telecommunications.
