A domestic general business agreed to acquire land and building at 5-2 Meguro-cho, Seya-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa from Yokohama Maruuo Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:8045) on April 28, 2016. The deal was resolved by the Board of Directors of Yokohama Maruo on April 28, 2016. A contract will be concluded in mid-May 2016. The property will be transferred by late June, 2016.
