In connection with this offer and the underwriting of the underwriter, ITEC Hankyu Hanshin Co., Ltd., the seller and the lender, and Wataru Shimizu, Hideo Oikawa, and Taku Sano, who are the shareholders of the Company, have contacted the lead managing company. During the period from the date of conclusion of the underwriting contract to December 20, 2021, which is the 90th day after the listing (start of trading) date (including the day), the sale of the Company's common stock without the prior written consent of the lead managing company
