Yingkou Jinchen Machinery Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603396) agreed to acquire the remaining 0.5% stake in Suzhou Xinchen Smart Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Zhang Zhendong for CNY 0 on March 27, 2020. Because Zhang Zhendong has not yet paid for its subscribed registered capital, the share transfer price is CNY 0. After completion, Suzhou Xinchen Smart Information Technology will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yingkou Jinchen Machinery.
