Yesco Co., Ltd. entered into a contract to acquire 69.8% stake in Daehan GM Corporation from Yesco Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A015360) for KRW 8.1 billion on June 25, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, Yesco Co., Ltd. will acquire 0.53 million shares at KRW 15,293 per share. Yesco Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A015360) will hold no stake upon completion. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Yesco Holdings Co., Ltd. on June 25, 2018. The transaction is expected to close on July 18, 2018. As of August 29, 2018, the completion of payment of stock is August 29, 2018.
