Yes Bank Limited Announces Private Placement of INR 30,420 Million of Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible, Redeemable, Unsecured, Basel III Compliant Tier 2 Bonds

Capital Raising Committee of the Board of YES Bank on September 17, 2018, has approved the issue and allotment of 30,420 Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible, Redeemable, Unsecured, BASEL III compliant Tier 2 Bonds, in the nature of debentures, of INR 1,000,000 each aggregating to INR 30,420 million, on private placement basis.
